• Registered office address and Virtual Office: You can use our office for your registered address; this means that official correspondence from Companies House and HMRC will be sent here and we will advise you how it needs to be dealt with. We will forward to you by email any post received at our address.

• Archive of company Records: Accounts, Minutes of general meetings and Incorporation Documents.

• Legalisation of Corporate Documents: Should you need your incorporation or other public company documents to be legalised by the Foreign Commonwealth Office in order to be presented to Italian or other foreign authorities we will do it for you. Depending on the urgency of your requirements we can provide a Standard service within 7 working days or a Fast service within 24 hours since your handing of the documents to us.

• Business Bank Account: providing help and advice in opening a Business Bank Account (note) Since January 2013 Banks are reluctant to open a Business bank account for a company where none of the directors is UK resident. To be resident in the UK someone must show a recent utility bill received on his name to an address in the UK. This is called proof of address and without this piece of information the bank will not open a bank account for the company.
